The provider mediates palm leaf readings from libraries in India, related consultations, communication with the libraries and translation or mediation of translation of information needed for the service.
The we-offer and consultations are intended for personal development, self-knowledge and traditional philosophical insight. They do not replace professional medical, psychological, legal or financial care.
The form at /en/order serves as a non-binding enquiry. Sending the form does not create an obligation to pay and does not constitute a binding order. The provider will contact the enquirer afterwards to confirm availability, date, price and other terms.
A contract is concluded only after individual confirmation of the offer and terms between the enquirer and the provider, typically by e-mail or other provable communication.
Indicative prices are listed on the Prices page. The website currently states 5,000 CZK for Czech clients or 220 EUR for foreign clients for an online reading. The provider is not registered for VAT; prices are therefore stated without VAT.
The final price, scope of service, date and payment method are confirmed individually before the service starts. If a palm leaf is not found and an advance payment or prepayment has been made, the refund is handled according to the individual agreement and information stated with the order.
If the customer is a consumer, they generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion, unless the law or an individual agreement provides otherwise.
If the consumer expressly agrees that the service may start before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledges that after the service has been fully provided they lose the right of withdrawal, the service may be provided earlier. This confirmation must be made separately and provably before the service starts.
To find the palm leaf, it may be necessary to transfer the thumbprint and other necessary data to cooperating palm leaf libraries and translators in India. Details are described in the Privacy Policy.
Any complaints or comments about the service may be sent to palmovelisty.vyklad@gmail.com. The provider will try to handle complaints without undue delay, usually within 30 days.
