How to Join an Online Reading via Microsoft Teams

Online palm leaf readings take place via Microsoft Teams.You do not need a Microsoft account or a paid license. You can join the session completely free as a guest.

1. What You Will Need

  • Device: A computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone with a working camera and microphone.
  • Stable Internet: A reliable Wi-Fi or wired connection for uninterrupted audio and video.
  • Quiet Space & Headphones: A private room where you will not be disturbed (readings take approx. 3–4 hours). Headphones provide optimal clarity.

2. How to Connect Depending on Your Device

A) Computer or Laptop (Easiest Option)

On a computer, no download or installation is required:

  1. Open the meeting link sent to your phone (via SMS / WhatsApp) or email prior to your reading.
  2. In your web browser (Chrome, Edge, or Safari recommended), select "Continue on this browser".
  3. Allow the browser access to your microphone and camera.
  4. Enter your first name and click "Join now".

B) Mobile Phone or Tablet

On mobile devices, the free Teams app is needed (no account registration or login required):

  1. Download the free application in advance:
  2. At your appointment time, click the link sent to your message/email.
  3. The app will automatically launch and prompt you to "Join as a guest".
  4. Type your name, allow microphone/camera access, and enter the meeting room.
