We process personal data provided via our inquiry form, email, or telephone. This includes contact details (initial/name, email, phone number), gender, preferred reading method, prior reading experience, note, and thumbprint scan file. The legal grounds for processing are:

Thumbprint and Data Transfer to India (Third Country)

To identify the correct palm leaf and provide translation services, necessary personal details (including thumbprint scan, gender, and first letter of your name) are shared with cooperating palm leaf libraries, Nadi readers, and translators in India. Please note that India is a third country outside the European Economic Area (EEA). We transfer only the minimum data strictly required; without this transfer, the reading cannot be provided.

In addition to palm leaf libraries and readers in India, personal data may be accessed by trusted service providers:

• Web hosting and email infrastructure providers (VPS hosting).
• Accounting and tax advisors (invoices and accounting records).
• Analytics and technical service providers upon consent (Google LLC).
